By accessing or using the SAARTHI application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SAARTHI.

SAARTHI is a Personal Navigation System that provides intelligent guidance, route planning, and execution strategies to help individuals achieve their future self. SAARTHI provides tools and suggestions, but the final responsibility for all decisions and actions remains solely with the user.

Users who join the SAARTHI Early Access Program before the official public launch may be eligible for complimentary lifetime access to SAARTHI under the following conditions:

• Lifetime access is granted only to users who successfully join the official Early Access Program before the public launch date.
• Lifetime access is personal to the registered account and is non-transferable, non-resellable, and cannot be shared with others.
• Lifetime access applies only to the features and subscription tier included in the Early Access Program at the time access is granted.
• Future premium services, enterprise offerings, partner integrations, hardware products, third-party paid services, or separately priced products may not be included unless explicitly stated by SAARTHI.
• SAARTHI reserves the right to introduce new paid plans, premium features, enterprise editions, or commercial offerings in the future that are outside the scope of the Early Access lifetime benefit.
• Users receiving lifetime access must comply with these Terms & Conditions at all times. Abuse, fraud, illegal activity, misuse of the platform, or repeated violations of our policies may result in suspension or termination of the account, including any lifetime benefits.
• SAARTHI reserves the right to verify eligibility before granting lifetime access.
• Lifetime access has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, refunded, or transferred to another individual or organization.
• If the Early Access Program is modified, delayed, or discontinued before launch, SAARTHI may revise the eligibility requirements or benefits. Any material changes will be communicated through official channels.
• Participation in the Early Access Program does not grant ownership, equity, intellectual property rights, or decision-making authority in SAARTHI.

As a user of SAARTHI, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

You agree not to use SAARTHI for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with other users' enjoyment of the service, or using the service to generate harmful or deceptive content.

The SAARTHI brand, including but not limited to its logo, name, software, navigation algorithms, and design elements, are the exclusive property of SAARTHI and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

SAARTHI utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate guidance and recommendations. While we strive for high-quality and helpful output, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate for your specific situation. SAARTHI does not guarantee the success of any suggested route or mission. All AI output should be used as a reference point for your own judgment.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

SAARTHI may introduce premium subscription-based features in the future. Specific terms regarding pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of launch and will be incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

In no event shall SAARTHI, its directors, or its employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the service shall be instituted in a court in India.
